Description

11. Prior to the commencement of the development, and on appointment of a contractor, a Construction Traffic Management Plan shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority. This plan shall include intended construction practice for the development, including details of access arrangements to the site for construction vehicles which shall ensure that the existing lane to the rear of the site remains accessible, hours of working, noise management measures and off-site disposal of construction/demolition waste. Reason: In the interests of road and traffic safety and to protect adjoining residential amenities.
