4. The applicant shall comply with the following Drainage requirements of the Planning Authority: ii. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The Green Roof and permeable paving as set out in the application drawing Proposed Ground and First flow by the Studio Red Architects shall form part of the completed development. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of construction.
