7. That the drainage arrangements be in accordance with the requirements of Dublin City Council: a) The developer shall comply with the Greater Dublin Regional Code of Practice for Drainage Works Version 6.0 (available from www.dublincity.ie Forms and Downloads). b) The drainage for the proposed development shall be designed on a completely separate foul and surface water system. No surface water shall be allowed to discharge to foul water system or vice versa. c)All surface water discharge from this development must be attenuated to 0.4 l/s. d)Full details of the surface water management proposal shall be agreed in writing with the planning authority prior to the commencement of the development. e) All private drainage infrastructure such as downpipes, gullies, manholes, armstrong junctions, etc. shall be located within the final site boundary. Private drainage infrastructure is not permitted in public areas, or areas intended to be taken in charge. Reason: To ensure the protection of public drainage infrastructure, and the satisfactory management of surface water runoff.
