4. During the course of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (i) The applicant shall prepare a small sample area of raking out, rendering, repointing and cleaning of stonework and proposed plastering to the interior for the written approval by the Conservation Officer. The proposed pointing or plaster shall be in NHL2 Lime mortar Reason: In order to protect the original fabric, character and integrity of the Protected Structure and to ensure that the proposed works are carried out in accordance with best conservation practice.
