Description

4. Not more than 75% of residential units shall be made available for occupation before completion of the childcare facility unless the developer can demonstrate to the written satisfaction of the planning authority that a childcare facility is not needed at this time. Reason: To ensure that childcare facilities are provided in association with residential units, in the interest of residential amenity.
