8. The restaurant/takeaway shall not be open / be used between the hours of 2300 hrs to 1600 hrs Monday to Thursday, nor between the hours of 23.30 hours to 1200 hours Friday and Saturday, nor before 1100 hours nor after 2300 hours on Sunday, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
