7. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: c) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a contractor, a Construction Management Plan for the demolition phase of the development shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including a detailed traffic management plan, hours of working, noise management measures, off-site disposal of demolition waste and access arrangements for labour, plant and materials, including location of plant and machine compound. The appointed contractor shall liaise with Dublin City Council’s Road Works Control Division during the demolition period.
