3. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section: (b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (i) The applicant shall confirm if there is evidence of condensation, damp, mould growth or poor indoor air quality. If such conditions exist, the applicant shall specify appropriate conservation interventions such as the removal of dry-lining and the provision of lime plaster or calcium silicate boards.
