Description

EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Repair of the timber fascia. Repair/replacement of rainwater gutters and downpipes. Removal of the render on rear and locally on the west elevation. Repair/reinstatement of the render. Cleaning of corroded stell beams and application of protective treatment. Cleaning of corrosion from the external steel staircase connections and application of protective treatment. Technical inspection of the drainage system with localized investigative trial openings to the external paving. Upgrading of the existing drainage system on the ground (proper connections and installation of a French drain).
