Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Royal Dublin Society (RDS) intends to apply for permission for development on RDS Lands, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. The overall RDS lands are located to the south of Merrion Road between Anglesea Road and Simmonscourt Road and between Simmonscourt Road and Shrewsbury Road and also include part of Simmonscourt Road. The RDS complex includes a number of structures which are protected structures. The development will consist of alterations to existing vehicular gates and gate piers (known as Gate A & B) which are protected structures, located on the Merrion Road comprising , increasing the width of Gate A by circa 2056mm and associated relocation of gate pier, increasing the width of Gate B by circa 1629mm and associated relocation of gate pier. And including all associated site works.
