4. During the course of development and prior to the commencement of the respective work packages, the Applicant shall submit the following conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority: r) New external steps and guarding: Submit 1:20 section, plan, elevation of proposed external steps, guarding, and all new paving materials to be of a high quality and materiality chosen to enhance the architectural character of the Protected Structure.
