4. During the course of development and prior to the commencement of the respective work packages, the Applicant shall submit the following conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority: l) Garden and Bike store: Submit revised drawing that show the relocation of the proposed garden bin and bike storage to the rear garden against the boundary wall to No. 8 adjacent to part of the proposed planter indicated on drawing no. 3507-03-002. The new steps from the dining room could be reduced in width and the table moved closer to the wall to facilitate a circulation zone between the new folded accordion doors and the edge of the planter (refer to sketch in CO report above).
