4. During the course of development and prior to the commencement of the respective work packages, the Applicant shall submit the following conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority: k) New insulated floor slab in rear return: Submit 1:20 section indicating the extent of excavation required to form the new floor build-up, and structural underpinning details if required, including detailed methodology for the proposed construction.
