3. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit a revised drawing to the planning authority, to show the following amendments, for their written agreement: a) The applicant shall provide a brick slip finish over the external insulation to the existing two storey front projection to the house, which is similar in brick colour to the existing house. The applicant shall submit a revised front elevation drawing showing a brick slip finish, and also a sample photograph of the colour of the brick slip to be provided. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
