4. During the course of development and prior to the commencement of the respective work packages, the Applicant shall submit the following conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority: f) External wall insulation: Demonstrate through written submission that the application of external wall insulation on the gable wall only would not introduce any moisture risks at the junctions with the east and west brick walls.
