4. During the course of development and prior to the commencement of the respective work packages, the Applicant shall submit the following conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority: a) New flat roof 1:10 junction details providing an adequate flashing to the new flat roof beneath the existing 1st floor window sill, and confirmation that the window sill will be accommodated (horizontally) adjacent to the parapet of the proposed extension Roofing materials shall be of high-quality such as zinc standing seam/copper/lead.
