4. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Council’s Transportation Planning Division: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised drawing for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, the following: i. A vehicular entrance opening with a maximum width of 3.0m. ii. A 3.3m separation between the existing street tree with the start of the vehicular entrance opening. It should not have outward opening gates. The vehicular entrance opening shall be constructed and operate in accordance with the details agreed under this Condition.
