5. The developer shall comply with the following Transportation requirements of the Planning Authority: a) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of contractor, a Construction & Demolition Management Plan shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice and proposals for the development, including construction traffic management proposals, proposed construction delivery / waste collection times, length of construction programme and projected volumes of construction traffic.
