3. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: a) Prior to commencement of development, details of the design of cycle parking serving the development shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. Cycle parking design shall allow both wheels and frame to be locked to the stand. b) Lockers shall be provided for staff. Lockers shall be well ventilated, secure and lockable. The number of lockers shall relate to the number of staff cycle parking spaces. c) All costs incurred by Dublin City Council, including any repairs to the public road and services necessary as a result of the development, shall be at the expense of the developer. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and sustainable transport.
