11. The developer shall comply with the following Drainage requirements: d) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The measures outlined in the Molony Millar Engineering Services Report, dated July 2021, including Green Roof, shall be implemented in full. Any changes shall be agreed with Drainage Division. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
