5. The applicant shall comply with the following Transportation requirements of the Planning Authority: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings for the written agreement of the planning authority detailing the design type and location of the bicycle parking spaces. The spaces shall be well lit, sheltered and secure. A minimum of 1no. bicycle parking space shall be designed to facilitate cargo bicycle parking. The approved bicycle parking shall be constructed and ready for use prior to commencement of the outdoor coffee seating area
