RETENTION PERMISSION, PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of; 1. Retention permission for the insertion of new timber floor joists and plywood sheeting to upper floors. 2. Permission for ; (i) Proposed refurbishment of existing dwelling into a 4 bedroom, 4 ensuite dwelling with living room and kitchen dining area. (ii) Insertion of 2 no. new conservation roof-lights and 2 no. PV panels onto the roof. (Roof repairs will be carried out under Section 5 Declaration Ref: 0298/24).
