4. The applicant shall comply with the following Transportation requirements of the Planning Authority: a. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings reducing the proposed shared entrance, at the threshold between the public road and private lands, to a maximum of 4m wide; for written agreement with the Planning Authority. There shall be no outward opening gates across the public road. The proposed entrance arrangement shall operate in accordance with the revised entrance agreed under this condition.
