7. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with: (b) In the course of development and in advance of any demolition work commencing, the applicant/developer shall submit the following: ii. In the course of development and in advance of any demolition works commencing, the applicant/developer shall submit updated, detailed proposals (including specification and detailed drawings) for the protection and structural stabilisation of the historic granite party walls to the rear garden for written approval of the Conservation Officer.
