3. Prior to the commencement of development the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the Planning Authority revised plans and elevations with the following modifications: (i) The gable wall of the side elevation of the first floor extension shall have a light coloured rendered finish. (ii) The floor to ceiling height the ground floor shall be reduced to 2.6m and the first floor to 2.4m. Reason: In the interest of the visual amenity of the neighbouring property
