PROTECTED STRUCTURE: PERMISSION & RETENTION: The development will consist of: 1. Retention permission for the insertion of new timber floor joists and plywood sheeting to upper floors. 2. Permission for ; (i) Proposed refurbishment of existing dwelling into a 4 bedroom, 4 ensuite dwelling with living room and kitchen dining area.
