Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of the removal of a section of the rear return wall at ground floor, the alteration of a rear basement window to create a doorway, minor alterations to the internal layout at basement level and the rear return first floor, the construction of a single storey extension at ground floor to the rear over the existing vaulted basement structure including a terrace, the renewal of electrical and plumbing services, the insertion of slim double glazing to the non-original sash windows and the insertion of a WC at first floor.
