6. Prior to occupation of the ground floor, the following details shall be submitted to the planning authority and written agreement obtained prior to occupation/use of the ground floor : (a) Full details of the layout of the ground floor including any subdivisions of the ground floor space, together with details of the extent of public access to each of the intended uses. The stated uses shall thereafter be the approved use(s). (b) Details of all signage. (c) In the case of any part of the ground floor being used as a restaurant, full details of measures to control fumes and odours from the premises shall be submitted. (d) Details of refuse storage for all uses. (e) Details of opening hours for all uses. Reason: To clarify the scope of the permission, and in the interests of public health.
