The developer shall comply with the following transportation requirements: b) Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings plan for the written agreement of the Transportation Planning Division which shows all bike parking associated with the facility provided as sheltered, secure and well lit. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and sustainable transportation.
