7. The following requirements of the Transport Planning Division shall be complied with; c) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a contractor, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including traffic management specifically minimising impacts on Merrion Road, hours of working, details of the construction access, noise management measures and off-site disposal of construction/demolition waste, and interaction with Core Bus Corridor Scheme. Mobility management measures proposed to assist construction staff shall be provided. The Construction Management Plan shall specifically address any points raised by the NTA and the applicant shall liaise with them during the development process.
