9. The Developer shall comply with the following Conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: e) In advance of works commencing on site, the Applicant shall submit the following to the Planning Authority. i. Drawings indicating the retention of more of the entrance hall partition wall ii. Drawings clarifying the part wall between No.39 and No.38 as there appears to be remaining chimneybreasts at 2nd and 3rd floor level that are not indicated on proposed drawings. These should be retained to ensure the integrity of the historic floor plan is not lost iii. Drawings indicating the retention of chimney breasts at lower ground floor level of No.39 Reason: In the interests of orderly development and to safeguard the special architectural interest of the protected structures.
