2. Within 6 months of the date of this decision the existing advertisement sign on the northern elevation of Macken Street railway bridge, Dublin 4 shall be removed. Evidence of the removal of this sign shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. The removal of these signs shall take place prior to the commencement of development of the development at Lansdowne Road. Reason: In the interest of the proper planning and sustainable development of the area.
