4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with as follows: n) Rainwater goods: 1:50 drawing(s) shall be submitted indicating which rainwater disposal items are iron and steel, identifying where existing cast iron rainwater goods can be refurbished, and/or where new high-quality cast iron rainwater goods are proposed to replace un-original steel rainwater goods and/or historic cast iron rainwater goods that are beyond repair.
