Description

EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: - Replacement of existing modern suspended plasterboard ceilings with new fire-rated Gyproc ceiling systems to the lower ground floor. - Lifting of some floorboards within the protected structure to fit a proprietary Nullfire Intudeck, fire separation system between the floor joists, and re-lay floorboards. - Replacement of existing internal doors with new fire-rated internal doors on a like-for-like basis. - Internal modifications to the existing modern dormitory block, including provision of fire-rated stud partitions, fire door sets, and alterations to and provision of additional building services installations.
