4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with as follows: A conservation expert with proven and appropriate expertise shall be employed to design, manage, monitor, and implement the works and to ensure adequate protection of the retained and historic fabric during the works. In this regard, all permitted works shall be designed to cause minimum interference to the retained fabric and the curtilage of the Protected Structure. During the course of the development and in advance of commencing the respective work packages affected by the items noted below, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: a) In advance of works commencing, the applicant shall submit the following for the written agreement of the planning Authority: i. All notes on all primary and additional information planning drawings shall be reviewed, coordinated and corrected and revised drawings shall be submitted to reflect the proposed scope of work for which planning permission as follows: ii. omit the general reference to a proposed damp treatment system to all internal walls (which is not identified / specified); the French drain to the front and rear of the house; the proposed lining of all basement walls with calcium silicate board may be considered where original lime plaster no longer survives, but the removal of extant sound lime plaster will not be supported. iii. The existing concrete floor slab shall be retained. Underpinning is not required iv. Timber floor boards – a full survey of the ceilings and floors shall be provided v. Original doors - there are no historic doors beyond repair
