Description

12. The applicant shall comply with the following Transportation Division requirements: (i). Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a main contractor, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including traffic management, hours of working, noise and dust management measures and off-site disposal of construction/demolition waste. The Construction Management Plan should reflect the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Units Good Practice Guide for Construction and Demolition which can be ascertained from the Environmental Health Section of the Planning Authority.
