4. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer; ii. During the course of the development, the applicant/developer shall submit for the written approval of the Planning Authority: d. To ensure the appropriate protection of the south elevation of No. 28 Thomas Street (Arthur's Pub, Protected Structure) for the duration of the temporary arrangement, the applicant/developer shall submit detailed 1:50 drawings of temporary protection when the adjoining building has been demolished, and provide a methodology to ensure that dry rot identified on the party wall with Arthur's Pub (refer to item E on page 3 of the Timber Decay Report) is treated to prevent any damage to Arthur's Pub (Protected Structure).
