5. The following requirements of the Transport Division shall be complied with; a) Prior to the commencement of development, the Developer shall submit revised details of the proposed cycle parking for the written agreement of the Planning Authority. A minimum 1no. Cycle parking shall be provided using Sheffield stands or similar alternatives to accommodate larger bicycles, bicycles with accessories, or users who find semi- vertical racks challenging. The design must also enable cyclists to secure both the frame and wheels of their bicycles.
