A minimum 1no. Cycle parking shall be provided using Sheffield stands or similar alternatives to accommodate larger bicycles, bicycles with accessories, or users who find semi- vertical racks challenging. The design must also enable cyclists to secure both the frame and wheels of their bicycles.
