3. The applicant shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division requirements: (a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority, plans and details of cycle parking to development plan standards to serve the proposed use. 1no. long term and 1 no. short term space shall be provided. Cycle parking should be: secure; well lit; easy to access and use; and allow locking of both wheel and frame.
