Description

16. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Division of Dublin City Council; a) Prior to commencement of the development full details of all potential works to the public road and the public realm, shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. Materials shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council. Any works to the public road and the public realm including provision of on street car parking, road and footpath modifications, cycle stands, lighting, drainage, planting and materials considered acceptable to Dublin City Council shall be carried out at the applicant’s expense. Note: The applicant/developer is advised that some alterations to the road network may be subject to statutory process under the Roads & Traffic Act;
