4. The development shall comply with the following Transportation requirements of the Planning Authority: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit to the Planning Authority revised drawings and documentation of the proposed bicycle parking throughout the development demonstrating how cyclists can secure both frame and wheels to all visitor and long-term bicycle stands. The applicant should note that toaster style spaces are not acceptable. The proposed design and dimensions shall be consistent with table 6.1 of the Cycle Design Manual, Version 1.0, published by the National Transport Authority. The bicycle spaces agreed under this condition shall be ready for use prior to occupation of the first residential unit on site.
