Description

The development consists of: Partial demolition of existing shed structure to rear (28 sqm) to include removal of roof and wall facing into garden so that this area will now be part of the garden; repair works to residual walls and alterations to access gateway onto rear laneway; Demolition of extension to original rear return (2.8 sqm);Partial demolition of existing rear return including demolition of side and rear walls; construction of ground floor extension wrapping around return (additional 21 sqm) and first floor extension to rear along with reconstruction of new side wall to return 300mm outside the line of the original (additional 9.2sqm); alterations to rear return roof profile to improve ceiling height below; new fenestration layout to side of return; Minor alterations to fenestration of rear wall of main house including removal of half-landing window; installation of an insulated render system to rear wall; provision of PV panels, provision of rooflights, garden shed; bin storage and associated works.
