Description

3. The development shall comply with the following transportation requirements of the Planning Authority: (i) The proposed vehicular entrance shall be re-located to the most southern edge of the front site boundary wall and a maximum of 3.0m in width. Revised plans clearly illustrating the revised location of the vehicular access shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.
