2. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section: b) Prior to the commencement of the raking out of extant pointing, the applicant shall submit the following for the written approval of the planning authority: (ii) The applicant shall submit details of five recent examples of specialist re-pointing works carried out by the proposed contractor on protected structures of similar architectural significance in Dublin and associated references to ensure that the contractor has the requisite expertise for these works.
