7. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with: (b) In the course of development and in advance of any demolition work commencing, the applicant/developer shall submit the following: i. In advance of masonry repairs / pointing commencing, the applicant/developer shall contact the Conservation Officer to facilitate a site inspection to agree conservation repairs and procedures. The applicant/developer shall prepare samples to include raking, cleaning (if required), brickwork repairs and repointing to an historically accurate finish and stone repointing for written approval of the Conservation Officer.
