7. The Developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority as follows: c) The following details shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority in advance of fabrication of each item noted below: i. 1:20 section and 1:10 junction detail between the proposed ventilation screen to plant equipment on north elevation of bedroom block and top of the parapet of the new rear building, ensuring the screen is set back as far as possible on the parapet, and a lighter colour is chosen to reduce the visual impact of the louvered / alternatively a decorative perforated metal screen. Black/dark colour is not acceptable.
