3. The Developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: b) Prior to commencement of development the Developer shall submit the following details for the written approval of the Planning Authority: i. 1:20 drawings of the proposed staircase, noting that the most appropriate location for the staircase would be in its original location. This shall be investigated by local opening up works once the works commence on site. ii. A detailed methodology for the creation of the new opening between front and rear principle room at ground floor level, and any necessary structural works and interventions required to facilitate the creation of openings between the front and the rear rooms. iii. Revised drawings identifying the location of the proposed service routes for the proposed kitchen and bathrooms, iv. Details of the proposed flagstones. The applicant shall submit a detailed conservation-led specifications and methodologies for the installation of paving including the proposed bedding and lime based pointing to the joints.
