4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with as follows: m) Roof works: Following a detailed assessment of the roof coverings, flashings, gutters, parapets and rainwater goods when safe access is available, the applicant shall submit a detailed photographic survey of the roof area, a marked-up roof plan and a proposal for the replacement of the previously replaced artificial coverings with new Bangor Blue slates to the outer roof faces in particular, and include repairs to flashings and gutters as necessary.
