5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority demonstrating the following: i) Revised bicycle parking spaces at surface level to incorporate a minimum of 4no. cargo bikes spaces.
