2. The proposed development shall be amended as follows: (h) The fire exit door on the rear elevation opening onto Saint Michael's Terrace as shown in drawing number 14.170.F1.2003 submitted to the planning authority on the 27th day of November, 2020 is not permitted by this Order. This does not prejudice the exempted development provisions of class 41(e) of Schedule 2, Part 1 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001-21 (as amended). Revised drawings and details showing compliance with these requirements shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development.
